Team ‘elated’ at West Kent win

Both organisations will have an equal say in the delivery of an efficient service.

Covering 6,500 properties and a predicted 150 plus orders per month, Prima Service has announced the start of a new contract with West Kent Housing Association.

3 Month KPI's published through to July 2012

Now that all the data is in we have published our latest KPI”s through to the end of July 2012. As usual we also included any resident comments received. We are extremely proud this month as the results are our best to date.

Headline figures – Properties covered = 29,500 :: Tenant Satisfaction 98.93% :: Completion to Target = 100.00% :: First Viable Fix = 99.14%

High praise for Shepway’s prize-winning blooms

Prima re-certified as building reg compliant

Prima Service has successfully achieved re-certification from double glazing regulator FENSA.

In the eyes of the law, landlords replacing their windows are responsible for ensuring the installation complies with the latest Government Building Regulations on thermal performance. FENSA was set up by industry to enable companies that replace windows to self-certify compliance. Landlords using a certified contractor don”t need to worry about getting a separate assessment from their Local Authority Building Control. Continue reading
